Harassment from Owner Representative Mr. Kevin

In general: We checked in at 2PM and left immediately for Lunch and then we came back at 6PM and realize no hot water and no gas/burner/cooking. We contacted the representative (lady in red) and the circus started. When she could not resolve she connected us to Senior Representative Mr. Kevin and then bigger circus started - go there switch on this, go here, look for that, go to stairs look for this and what not. After 1 hour of circus Mr. Kevin declared that the Gas and Water is locked by the guy staying in Second floor and we need to contact them. We went to Second floor and an old lady and old gentlemen came down and tried to help us and nothing happened. We played Sherlock Holmes after this and Mr. Kevin guided me to dig one key from hidden den. This key worked perfectly to unlock the Gas/Water control at the stairs, switched it on but then still no GAS and Hot Water as after switching it on it takes some time. All this circus took 2.5 hours and our evening was spoiled for good. For all this Mr. Kevin requested for our Bank details so that he can compensate for all the mishap and then another circus started. 30 days of follow up and nothing happened. As usual he confirmed that funds transferred, then confirmed problem with bank, then confirmed will check paypal, then promised that he is always good in his promises, and what not. Nothing but waste of time and harassment at the end and no refund. This guy is best at blaming others and then cry that - "I am trying to help you". Mr. Kevin certainly needs to learn Integrity as he is expert of harassment. Location and surroundings: Good Location. Near all tourist places. The flat owner representative - lady in red (forgot her name) was very charming and very helpful. Helped us with 2 taxi bookings and they were very smooth.
